Poor service 29th June. No effort to sort problems, apologised and basically said its policy, where has good customer service gone? When a customer is spending over £16!

I come quite frequently here and the staff are always very polite and kind. The shop is always very clean and tends to be quite quiet which is great, especially for studying.

Nasty staff, they treat vulnerable people badly, one employee treats handicapp, disabled vulnerable people badly she refuses to serve them and when you defend them you are treated the same, she is rude and nasty and vile, disabled people and people with Autism and mental health issues are not welcome. Cafe Nero should be ashamed of themselves for employing nasty and vile staff.

Staff have nothing better to do than complain about Greggs across road, they gave me the wrong food because of there gossiping about Greggs and clearly distracted about others stores instead of there own
