The decorations in the store are very dull and look like they need a refresh. The staff are very distracted talking with each other, I was standing waiting to try to flag one of them down, but they were too busy chatting

Lovely coffee had the new limited blend yesterday. Staff always lovely. Customers when I normally go are very friendly too.
