I popped in to purchase some tablets. Not sure if it was one of the pharmacists or not but he obviously felt it was beneath him to deal with me as he did not look at me or smile and when I held out my cash to pay he made me put it on the counter and he then picked it up. He treated me like I was contagious! I normally pay by card but had some spare cash on me so that is why I paid cash. Rude little man who needs to learn some customer service skills.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. Always loads of staff that ignore the massive que. Take ages to sort prescriptions and close for an hour every day. Have regurly missed doses of medication due to this pharmacy

I was given a voucher for £10 off a £20 spend on No 7 so as I needed foundation & a mascara it worked out well. Cost me £ 14.90. I also received a free eyeshadow & lips pallette .Do saved over £30.

Very rude staff member on the pharmacy , older lady told me to go somewhere else complained to Boots Head Office, had a phone call from the Manager I went back into Boots and he apologized for the Staff Member comments . I suggest you ring there Head Office if you have the same bad service I received.
