Shout out to Elaina she was so busy, replenishing the shelves, running to the tills, constantly at it the whole time I was in the store. Very friendly happy lady, great member of staff, I hope the management Acknowledge this and offer her ability to progress within the company.

Only self service tills open. Had to wait to use these totally useless things. Staff stood around talking and to top it all the geezer next to me didn?t and hasn?t bought deodorant for years and then bent down to show my wife his disgusting builders bottom.
Won?t be back to Stourbridge Aldi again !

Never got any tills open. Waited absolutely ages last time to get through the only open till. I gave up in the end and walked and just left the trolly full with food along with another couple who'd also given up.
You can't take trolleys through the self serve. There's not enough room where you put the shopping.
Ridiculous management.

I'd been coming here every Sunday morning for a year but a few weeks back I forgot to type my reg in and got a parking ticket. Showed the cowboys that operate the ANPR my receipt but they said no dice.
Won't be frequenting the store again.

After my experience today I don't wanna shop there again , I've shopped at this store for many years but today I had two different male members of staff speak to me and my fiance like trash and treated us like we was gonna rob the place I think it's disgusting how people in customer service jobs can treat people like that , I've been in a customer service job and id never treat someone how me and my fiance was treated today

Go early beat the rush, unfortunately there are no baskets now, they're all trolley style, this is a mistake as dordellers block the isles, apart from that....it's good value & they don't seem to move stuff around like others, that's infuriating.

This place abruptly worsened a few weeks ago.
The staff recently was rude and unprofessional, shouting at the customers for no reason. Probably they were quite stressed around Christmas but it is not the way to treat customers.
A complaint was raised with the related department. Again, such an awful and I would say disgusting behaviour faced.
I will never visit any of your stores again. You effortlessly proved that you are such a disgusting company who does not care about its customers.

Normally the staff here is quite nice. However, not today. The service received today at the self check area was too far away from being acceptable.
Your colleague there, a lady probably in her 50ies was raising her voice for no reason, she was grumpy and impolite. A complaint was sent to you over your online form, BTW.
I'm really wondering why you give jobs to people obviously suffering customer oriented skills while you have good staff members (proven within the time).

Every Saturday morning when we go into the shop, it's continually like trying to negotiate an obstacle course with numerous unloaded pallets blocking the aisles, sometimes two abreast. Why can't the restocking be completed before opening?

As someone who suffers from severe mental health issues. Aldi Stourbridge is a place that is different from most Aldis. Firstly, it's obvious they care. They also see my disability issues and deal with me apprpriately. Friendly and professional, the only downside is the anpr they have to stop people trying to park for free.
