Excellent all round service from all the members of staff on duty (29.12.24) - nothing was too much for them. The food was beautifully cooked and presented; that plus the pleasant ambiance, made it to be an enjoyable visit.

The Christmas set menu is really good value, I?d highly recommend the Pigs in Blanket Bomme and the Sticky Pig Pizza, although the pigs in blanket bomme is very big, but tasty.
Unfortunately the service was extremely slow, the restaurant wasn?t busy, starters took a long time to come out, as did the mains, we left with deserts in a box as we didn?t have anymore time to wait.

I had a wonderful experience at Zizzi, thanks to the fantastic service from Sim and Naomi. They were both friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making our meal even more enjoyable.
The food was delicious.
Highly recommend this Zizzi for great Italian food and top-notch service!

Terrible service and terrible food last night, last time I will be visiting Zizzi. We ordered 3x starters - 1x chicken spiedini that came out cold and tasteless, 1x prawn spiedini that was much the same and the kids starter of just cucumber and carrot sticks is an embarrassment.
Onto the main, we ordered a pizza pollo rustica which first off took an hour to come after we finished our starters, when it did eventually arrive it was tasteless and like just eating a pizza crust, awful and the kids spaghetti bolognse no joke I think a Lidl ready meal would of been better as all it was that we received was a bowl of pasta twist with bolognse sauce (no meat in it whatsoever).
They served the food but gave us no knives and forks, we had to continually go up to the bar to order drinks or ask for cutlery, honestly couldn?t wait to get out of the place.
& when we finished and asked for the bill, the young lad then proceeds to say ?do we want to leave a tip?? - which to me is an absolute joke considering the crap service we received and equally the terrible tasteless food.
Will never be visiting again, rather stay home and cook food ourselves than pay for such a poor service.
0/10 I?d rate if I could, visited a few times here and last night was the last!

Haven't been to Zizzi's in many year and was not looking forward to a return after my last visit, many moons ago. I was pleasantly surprised as every course very well prepared with good flavours, fresh ingredients and all served incredibly quickly, considering the size of the party (18 people). I had the bruschetta and the beef ragu, the tomatoes on the bruschetta were sweet and ripe and the pasta with the ragu was perfectly al dente. I would definitely come again despite my previous bad experience (at another branch).

The worst place and really bad language people work in from 3 years I come for delivery to pick off the rude and makes all drivers wait 30 minutes or longer for order

Fabulous service. Dan was outstanding from the beginning- he helped me plan the work event and ensured the food came out all at the same time. Food was delicious! Definitely recommend.
