SOLIHULL ZARA Covid!!!!!!! Rude manager. Would not give me her name, but only manager in Zara Solihull today apparently., according to her. Small lady. Dark shoulder length hair. Late 40s. She has upset me so much - I can't stop thinking about the danger she put me in and the smirk all over her face. Check CCTV and you will see what she did. This store needs closing - don't you read your reviews. The girl outside the changing room looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there and was just plain grumpy, as they all were.\\nSOLIHULL ZARA you will get Covid in this store and the manager (who smirks and says she can?t give her name says she doesn?t care). This morning 9th September 2021 around 11am. I asked to speak to a manager after exhausting long wait, rude and grumpy staff who will not look at you in the eye and keep coming near you, without masks. I said why is this happening have you seen you reviews? Manager replied getting nearer and nearer to me, 'I don?t care'. 'It is what it is' and laughed in my face. She said her staff work hard so cannot smile! I had a mask on but beware of ZARA SOLIHULL. It is dangerous!!!!

Always pop in with intent and want to buy but then the q is ridiculous, miserable staff and understandable with only 2 on the till. This isn?t a one off it?s always like it. Decent clothes, poor management

Went to pick up an order. Waited 15 minutes, noticed not many people complied with the space as they were standing close to each other in the queue. Other then this the store was well maintained

Queued up, not for the first time, for 30 mins in this sweatbox of a store (only one person serving) to be told that a pair of jeans clearly marked at sale price was actually not on sale and in actual fact was almost 10x the amount displayed on the ticket . A barely audible 'sorry its been priced wrong' was the only recompense I received.\\n\\nThe person ahead of the queue had exactly the same issue.\\n\\nWhat a joke.

I have tried twice to return a dress that didn?t fit my daughter. The first time the queue was 3/4 round the store and I didn?t have time to wait longer than 15 minutes. The second time I was told they can?t accept the return as it hasn?t got a care label. My daughter tried the dress on, it didn?t fit and she took it off. We didn?t remove the label which was apparently stitched in but was told all the items have labels on them. Getting the manager to admit that all items are checked when they are sold took 3 attempts so I don?t believe they are. I won?t be shopping in Zara again.

If I could give zero I would. Dreadful service from a so called manager whose customer service was absolutely dreadful. He really couldn?t care less about helping me with an exchange. He did offer to ask the manager to speak with me but he or she just couldn?t be bothered either to come on the shop floor. Absolutely disgusting

I love Zara and we travel a distance to visit this one, which is a notch better than the Bull ring Zara, which is very claustrophobic with not much space.\\nThis one is better thought out with room to get round in my wheelchair, lift to upstairs for men and kids clothes.\\nA decent selection of clothes but not nearly as good as the online choice, but I'm old fashioned and like to see the material and weight of things, so like visiting the store.\\nThe sizes are mean! So a Zara 16 is a UK 12-14 etc, so don't be afraid to size up to get a better fit (please sort your sizes out Zara!)\\nThe shoes and bags are great designer 'tributes' and well priced and bang up to date, but I find their shoes hard on my feet. The insoles are hard plastic with no padding and the outer soles are shiny and slippery, so I love them but they aren't safe or comfortable for me as I'm unsteady on my feet anyway.\\nMy one criticism is that there's always a queue, and quite often there's only 1 or 2 poor frazzled cashiers on. Needs more people serving as people saw the queue and put clothes back and left, so they have lost money/custom.

Staff are always very pleasant and obliging and work hard. The layout of the clothes in store is a bit messy but I think it's mostly the fault of the customers. Wished they stocked more XL XXL sizes as I do like there design of clothing

Good clothes just a shame it looks like a jumble sale when you go in.

Why is this shop so messy? Found some nice clothes for my girlfriend but how do I know someone hasn't stood on them previously?

Really gone downhill, the womenâ??s section is like a jumble sale with items thrown everywhere. Some of the clothes are great but the overall shop is so poor now

My Granddaughter age 9 absolutely loves Zara and gets most of her clothes from there. Today she got a lovely little top (last one) that had been further reduced to £3! A real bargain so we were both delighted!

I had a lovely experience yesterday with a lady called Faz. She was so helpful and polite. And let me exchange my ripped zara trousers that ripped whilst in store. Would come back again and ask her for help in futureð???

Great garments and helpful pleasant staff. Would like a larger childrens section though.
