No disrespect to Waitrose but I'm of the opinion that it is an expensive version of Aldi.

On our recent Christmas shop at Waitrose in Solihull we bought a turkey crown for £35:00 and when I poured it out of the bag, what a disappointment unedifying blob of processed turkey I think most of this will go in the bin,Most of the food on sale had very close use by dates, unlike the terminator we won?t be back

I?ve been a Waitrose fan ever since I stepped foot into Little Waitrose over in West Malling, Kent. The prices are a reflection of quality across the shopping experience. Waitrose lead the way to a more sustainable, healthier food culture. The Solihull branch is my local favourite. Not as glamorous as the epic Salisbury outlet. It still stocks a good range. The helpful Southern Midlands work force makes it the warmest experience in my overly-biased opinion.

Great food. Famously pricier than other supermarket chains but not as expensive as everyone makes out, and you get what you pay for. In this particular branch, the gentleman on the self-service tills is very helpful and polite. A lot of offices nearby so I try not to visit during lunch hours.

Amazing great customer service. Especially from charles who served me amazingly!

Not anything like I expected.Thought it would be over the top prices, instead it is actually just very good food and produce at a moderate price. Some of which are cheaper than the rest.Obviously a lot of choice and their own range of goods. You do need to know what prices are elsewhere but for quality food they excel.

First time here and what can I say I am beyond disappointed/shocked/ in horror to the customer service I received by "Rochelle" today at the customer services desk. On arrival, her attitude was absolutely disgusting and abruptly questioned me saying "so whos first then?". I did not want to reply in the same tone as I have been taught manners so politely said I was first but little did I know this was the start of the storm. Her attitude continued to be rude and disrespectful as if she looked down at me. I have never encountered such horrific customer service especially for Waitrose staff- the Hall Green staff are amazing!!! I should never have even entered this store , that was my fault. I'm not sure if Rochelle was having a bad day/ does not enjoy her job but this is no way to treat any customers. I felt more sorry for the elderly lady who was behind me , just hope she didn't treat her the same way as she treated me.Please educate your staff (Rochelle) on simple manners Solihull Management team. I am still in shock ....

Big store with plenty of choice. Carpark entry is a little tight as both up side down are together, and the corners are tight.

Nice supermarket, tight on parking especially for modern bigger cars, prices high on some items. Not too big so easy to get around. Friendly staff. Sushi is good.

Always the best service when shopping here. Kind and friendly staff that are always helpful. Inviting entrances. Clean, bright and larger than average Waitrose branch. Good Sushi bar too!

Good supermarket, free parking on multiple floors. Clean, friendly staff, lots of checkouts and the café looks OK, could be bigger. One of the nicer Waitrose's I've been to, but not as good as some of the other stores (High Wycombe, Portsmouth etc). Good selection of vegan products too.
