We got served by Chad who was amazing with his service. Funny, polite, overall amazing. He definitely needs higher recognition at wagamamas Solihull! 10/10.

Really good food, very good quality and if your vegi or vegan then this is a great place to eat with 50% of their menu vegan you can't go wrong, the vegan katsu was excellent and so was the chicken version, prices are ok, i myself didn't like the seating but it was comfortable, service was excellent, all round very good

Today I decided I wanted a ramen from wagamama so I placed my order upon receiving it I'm starving at this point I eagerly open my raven so I could enjoy that delicious broth to my surprise there was none i decide to call up the store to find out why they sent me noodles with no broth a staff member picks up the phone I make her aware of the issue so she said ill get my manager bare with finally after what felt like an eternity on the phone waiting this lady comes on the phone and make out she in charge so I proceed to ask how come I've been sent noodles with no broth she replied with almost what felt like a passive aggressive mocking tone of voice and proceed to say that well what happens is that the noodles soak up the broth and that she aware it's quite common thing to happen when noodles are put in with the broth I than say excuse my language but what your saying is a pisstake as the item is a ramen and should come with broth I also mentioned that when I ordered this dish in past broth come separately and not all mixed in together like it came this time she than goes on a rant how before there was a packaging issue and that why they no longer sent them separately as I was about to reply she hung the phone of and hasn't called back I was left feeling annoyed and frustrated with the response I received I am a repeat customer and I think I am now put of ordering from wagamama again I won't recommend to friends or family manager and staff need looking into and retrained to deal with complaints better.

My time at wagamamas was nothing other than delightful!!! The food was delicious. The staff were very hospitable, especially our waiter janine. She was very attentive and enthusiastic, helping us decide what to order and even helping me and my friend change from rice as the base of the dish to noodles despite it being very busy. Will definitely be returning as atmosphere food and most importantly staff, janine were 11/10.

Dined in on Lunch time. Portion is ok, not too little or too much. Our favorite is the Pad Thai. Hazel was incredibly hospitable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Her attention to detail and warm personality really stood out, and she made sure all our needs were met with a smile. Hazel truly enhanced our dining experience, and we left feeling completely satisfied. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I had never been to this franchise before and felt instantly welcome by the staff. Chad, the manager who served us because of my lactose intolerance, was just fabulous, patient and lovely even of a busy Saturday night he kept his cool and was professional while also being charismatic.
1000% recommend, wonderful place, great service, great food.
Dietary restrictions: My lactose intolerance was taken seriously which was so wonderful to see.

Managed to easily get a table for an early evening meal, seated with space next to us which is pretty good for a Wagamama! Nice atmosphere inside until busier rush later on in our visit, can feel a little cramped but that?s this style of dining. Server was a little odd, I understand that you have to be friendly and chatty with customers but, the tone and wording just did not seem to comprehend like, the interactions were just not what I?d want from a server each time, no kind of grasp of social cues. Anyway? The food was great and didn?t have to wait too long for any of it. Struggled to pay as the wrong table number had been written for us, and the signal is absolutely terrible in there! But overall enjoyed our time there.

It has been at least 10 years not stepping in Wagamama. We gave it a try today and not a bad experience, I must say. The reception was very welcomed he led us to a table and offered high chairs for my little one. He advised us who would be coming to take orders, and we have been given times to look at the menu for drinks and food. Reene also explained what a kids combo was when I asked. We had downloaded the wagamama Apps club member and will get a free edamame (steamed soy beans). We had chicken katsu rice (curry sauce on top of battered chicken above a big pile of rice), roasted pork belly marinated in Korean BBQ with noodle soup (Ramen). The chicken katsu portion is worth the money, and the ramen broth is absolutely delicious . Ramen soup broth is tasty with a little spicy kick. Four slices of pork belly mixed in half lean meat and half melted fat is absolutely devined. Crunchy seaweeds, half spring egg also good in the whole combination. The reason I voted 4 stars on food quality is the noodles lacking of character. Ramen is meant to have its own elasticity and with a little bite. This bowl ramen has lost that kind of spirit but is too soft, broken, and doesn't need to chew just down while I prefer the bity ramen. Mini katsu rice was plateful and yummy and it was perfect to end with the vanilla ice cream.
All in all, we loved it ,the ambiance, environment, and friendly service. Thank you, we will be back.
