After researching a lot online I went in 3 days ago for a payg sim. Both male staff sat there looking bored and waited for me to approach them rather than coming up to greet a customer. Got sold something else entirely without it being properly explained.
Took over 30mins on phone with Vodafone today to find out I had to canx thru the shop. Got to shop, told me I needed to call customer services. One tantrum later and all was sorted except for my original request.
What is wrong with staff these days that they think they can override the customer and make changes without explanation? Zero customer service whatsoever at a time when shops are struggling. I'll now sort this myself online, at least that way it minimises any ther potential issues. Not impressed.

I Lost my phone earlier and a very kind employee in this store was fantastic and rang the phone and I managed to get it back her name I think was Zainab she gets five Stars for being so helpful much appreciated.

Visited the Solihull touchwood store yesterday just to close my account, the collections team over the phone were useless, so I spoke to vee and he managed to sort everything out for me asap what a legend

After years of having a defunct account, and unable to retrieve the information needed to close the account, William, at Touchwood Vodafone managed to get my details and sort the issue for me within 20 minutes.Great customer service. ??

So disrespectful don?t laugh at customers that you have upset as they are walking out the door.staff need training in customer service that includes the manager Mo.avoid at all costs.

Not bombarded as you walk through the door. Greeted by a friendly smile from Seriena. Was able to discuss the sim plan I wanted and when I wasn't sure another helpful member of staff Mo got me exactly the plan I needed at the affordable price I wanted

Amazing customer service from hasan sorted my phone out set it up as-well and charged me £25 which was very understandable considering it takes half an hour of his time he is very funny and vibrant just made my day. A great sales person and overall great customer service. He sold me an iPhone 14 at a very decent price as well as a sim for my tablet. £10 for 100gb I am thrilled.

Brilliant service from hasan the other day I thought he was professional, charismatic and a true salesman I had an issue with my battery turned out I needed a new phone I do travel a lot and I can now roam in Europe and 83 worldwide destinations.

Terrible service, went in today (10/05/2023 @ 17:00) to get a sim card and the colleagues in store went out of their way to put me off getting one, they told me it would take 45 minutes and that i was better of going to tesco to buy a sim. The store manager should get closer to what their people are doing. I assume they wanted to close on time and couldnt be bothered. Shameful.

There are lots of unexplained charges and you can't talk to a real person about it, serious concerns!!!!!!
