Rude brunette lady served me 15mins before they shut because they were shutting in 15mins! Shame as I spend a lot of money here for trade I?ll go screwfix instead

The staff and management are very poor and show a shocking lack of customer service. Screwfix is just around the corner and brilliant in comparison. Will be going there from now on
