The Shirley branch closed several years ago and relocated to B'ham city centre (Gas Street). No problems with their tenant find service, but management service extremely disappointing. We've just terminated our contract with them because of this. Unresponsive to tenants' needs, slow to pass on rent (typically 3-4 weeks as opposed to the 15 days mentioned in their Ts & Cs), failed to supply relevant paperwork to landlord despite repeated requests, seem to have carried out a total of one property inspection in approx 3.5 years' worth of tenancies, failed to protect deposits until notice given by landlord to terminate contract. Knowing what I know now, I'd recommend choosing an agent that's ARLA / NALS / TPO registered instead.
