Very Poor service. I'm not sure why the Government organizations choose such pathetic Service provider to deliver important documents.After waiting all day for delivery, I was shocked to find a fake photo (not my house or for that matter any house in my street ) uploaded in the website saying they visited the house and returned as they are was nobody to collect.Liars and irresponsible service

Not happy with the service as the first day when the item had to be delivered no one called and went because of which the second day I had to stand out for 2 hours as it was an important document and I couldn?t risk to miss it Monday being public holiday. Also it doesn?t make any sense for giving such a long time period for the delivery 8 am to 8 pm as it doesn?t make any sense we can?t wait for the whole day just thinking ok the document will come now.
