Just came to the shop with my family and well behaved dog, and i was kicked out the shop as the dogs are not allowed inside the shop ! There is no sign saying that dogs are not allowed
The website states that dogs are allowed, so which one is it ?

I love shopping at TK Maxx ? the prices are great and the return policy is very convenient. But sadly, I had a bad experience with one of the cashiers. The woman who served me (a white lady) was cold and unfriendly. She didn?t smile, made me feel uncomfortable, and it almost felt like she wanted to throw my shopping at me. But as soon as the next customer, who was white, came to the till, she was all smiles and very polite. It felt like clear racism, and it honestly ruined my mood. I hope TK Maxx trains their staff better because everyone deserves to be treated with respect, no matter their background.
It was upsetting and disappointing, especially in such a diverse country. She just ruined my day shame on her.

Not allowed in whilst carrying my tiny therapy dog. I've been in to max all over UK with my dog. Infact my local store insists we bring her. Security guard was busy stopping dogs while shop gets looted. AVOID THIS BRANCH DOG LOVERS

I had a great experience at the TK Maxx store. The store was well-organized and tidy, making it easy to browse through the different sections. The shelves were neatly stocked, and the overall layout was very shopper-friendly. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed and providing excellent customer service. It made for a pleasant shopping trip, and I would definitely return!
