Excellent service but the shoes did not stretch but i didnt leave them long enough. However i would definately recommend the service and care.

Went to get a passprt photo done about three weeks ago, wasted time waiting and was told the print quality was not good so I didn't go ahead. Took the oportunity to get a quote for rehealing some boots, £4.99 quoted and they could put some heel tips on my other boots too. Returned to the shop lunch time Friday 3 November, different man at the counter, the price is now £12.95!! and the heel tips can't be done- too far gone, so another £12.95!!Really!!!Does he think people from Solihull have more money than sense!! ?

First visit he made the wrong keys... it wouldn't fit in the lock to fat in diameter.. went to a different branch showed him the difference he made them no broblem .. thank you

Went to have a key cut. He asked if I could leave the key and come back in 30 mins, I did and he told me he didn`t have one in stock could I come back in a couple of days. No I can`t. Why couldn`t he have checked stock in the first place. He didn`t seem bothered, and I won`t be bothering with Timpsons again.

I've been going here for 20 years for key cutting etc and never had a single issue yet. I did once have a watch battery replaced that only lasted for an hour afterwards but in all fairness my watch had been tampered with by a magician and his neolidium magnet the week before and various new batteries have gone the same way so I can't blame Timpsons for that.
