What an absolute asset to your company. Seriena was not only knowledgeable helpful and patient she was happy and an absolute pleasure to see someone so dedicated and committed in delivering exceptional customer service.
Never again will I call 3 direct I shall be hot footing it into store in search of seriena.

I was really happy with the service I received from Sam. She was knowledgable, patient and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and explored suitable options. I left with a SIM only contract which I?m very satisfied with!

Customer service is awful once they have have sold to you , there is next to no help! Avoid Sam she is out for her commision and she dont explain anything fully. I have been totally miss sold.

Been with 3 for over 20 years will be definitely taking my 2 contracts to another company once they finish.
I am seeking advise on the selling of this new contract as it is not acceptable and i dont want other people treated in the same way. All should be explained when trading a phone in. We showed her the phone and was told she can definitely give us £330 to days later be told no £241 at no point did she say pending it coming back and being fully checked .She also was trying to get my daughter to buy a ipad when all she whem in for was to sort out an add on and roaming on her phone all this girl sees is ££££ signs!
