Very efficient service from staff member and manager who helped us to close our son's account now he lives in Australia. We were expecting it to be extremely difficult but in fact it was handled in a very straightforward and friendly manner.

Disgraceful. ..had an appointment for midday ..let a woman in who hadn't got an appointment in my place and then asked me to come back later ....I was about to transfer 96 k in a one year bond but they can go and whistle now ....
