The food was ok the staff ignored me only the Asian female member of staff twice I come and always ignored me and so do all the staff in future talk to me. You get a better review and feedback if you all talk to me

What a fabulous little cafe, from the moment you walk in you feel at home and the staff are welcoming. I had a latte with their Greek yoghurt and granola breakfast which was excellent value for money. There is outside seating with a canopy at the front and a great selection of food and drinks. I shall definitely return.

Overall poor value for money - quality very average and small portions. Waitress kept bringing food out to the wrong tables which looked very disorganised.
What is really annoying is the menu which is clearly designed to get you to pay extra for stuff, why not include hashbrowns in the full English which you already pay £9.50.
Save yourself the disappointment and try Frankie?s down the road, much better value, bigger portions and quality much better.

What can I say about the two mugs - they are incredible and they do the most amazing bacon and sausage sandwhiches!!! I am autistic and it is a great place and a safe place I feel comfortable in.Due ti my autism I have the same order everytime without being judged and as my special interest in Nightmare before christmas I was extremely touched when one of the managers gave me a Halloween cookie with Jack Skellington on as she noticed how much I was a fan of him. All the staff are so lovely and I would highly recommend The Two Mugs to anyone!

It would be difficult to consider Two Mugs, as anything but 5 Star. The staff are friendly, professional, they produce excellent quality food, there is something for everyone. It has been very well thought out and every effort has been made to make it into a place that people want to keep coming back to.
To add to this, nothing is too much trouble, the place is clean and well cared for, and this is a regular place for me to visit. I'd highly recommend.
