We visited The Red Lion in Knowle for a quiz night and had a really enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The quiz itself was well-run and added a brilliant touch to the night. We ordered drinks which were reasonably priced and served quickly. I tried a dessert afterwards ? it was okay but could have been better, not quite as impressive as the rest of the experience. Overall though, it?s a great spot for a night out and definitely worth visiting.

We had a meal on sunday 3rd August and it was fantastic we enjoyed it that much we have been telling our family to book , the service was also great !! We couldn't fault it at all and we will definitely book again. 100% recommended ?

What a great pub! I came in today for a Sunday roast with my family, the pork was cooked perfectly! All staff were so accommodating and friendly, especially the lovely Vicki who served our food! Very smiley and helpful to get us anything else we needed. I will definitely be returning! ?

Popped in to the Red Lion in Knowle for a quick pint and stayed till closing! Reggae night was a blast and the staff were great. In particular Maria who was quick to serve and always smiling. It's rare to find staff that are customer focused. She is a real credit to your team.

I have only just started to visit this lovely pub. It is one of the best pubs around. The customers are friendly, and Maria, the barmaid, is ultra nice and friendly. Lovely lady. I have yet to taste the food, but I am sure I wouldn't be disappointed. Well worth visiting. It is now my 'local' ?

Great staff, particularly Maria,who actually laughed at my jokes! Couldn't fault the food, or the service. Loved the Monday/Thursday offer on cask ales too! We will be back. (Sorry about the previous one star confusion, thanks for drawing my attention to it.)

Had a lovely battered mushroom starter and battered halloumi & chips main. Food was hot and great value for money. Vickies help & service was quick and friendly.
