I recently had a very pleasant evening at Jade Wok! The Chinese food here is truly delicious, with every dish full of authentic flavors. They even offered complimentary prawn crackers when we sat down, which was a lovely touch. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, making the dining experience even better. Jade Wok is definitely my top recommendation in Solihull, and if you love Chinese food, this is a must-visit place!

As 2 Couples we ordered set menu D which you would think would give us 12 pancakes so we all get 4 each..No.
Ok so we query and are told they come in orders of 10...so you have to buy another 10... obviously we didn't.
Food was varied and well prepared but the pancakes left a bad taste.
As others reviews drinks are way overpriced...shame as once the what feels like compulsory service charge is added the bill was not a pleasant shock.
Won't be rushing back

The best ribs ever ! Service and friendliness was great I had sizzling chicken Cantonese style which was lovely. Not as busy as it used to be back in the day . There isn?t a Chinese restaurant anywhere that you can take your own drinks I think it would be a great idea to have one ! Business would boom !

Food was very disappointing, we ordered the half duck which was served to us very dry. The other two dishes were also dry even after having to replace one dish.Service was terrible. We didn't even have 5 minutes to digest our food before been given the bill and charging us the service charge then straight after we were told there closing and to leave.The staff were bringing out their food to eat which looked more fresh then what ours looked so clearly served us low quality standards.Won't be returning here.

The food is very tasty, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating... we were 3 adults and kids and they made us all feel very welcome.

It was my first time to come to the UK and I ordered a set menu for three people, a bowl of mushroom soup and a pot of tea. It tasted good! The portion size was enough, but I didn't have enough idea of ??the prices here. Three people ate for 98.6 pounds.
