Not really what we hoped for as canal-side grub after a busy day full of locks. It’s a beautiful pub in beautiful lapworth. My brother and I went for Sunday dinner, it was lovely but you didn’t get a lot for what you paid for we had 2 thin slices of roast beef and I just think if your paying £21.95 you would get at least 4 slices of beef even if it’s good quality roast dinners have really crept... read full comment
This charming pub and restaurant has all the traditional bits, mixed with plenty of modern touches. It combines high class food with the finest wines and beers, all against the background of a perfect country pub atmosphere.
