I visited yesterday to grab some essentials and use the post office.
The lady serving me at the post office, Kelly was super nice and thoughtful. I was about to post two items separately at the same delivery address and she helped me combine the postage, saving me money and even sorted me a secure envelope and wrote the address for me (in better hand writing than mine ?). Kelly didn't have to do this but she took the time do, and I'm
grateful for her help ?
The rest of the staff at this store are always helpful and friendly. The location of the store is convenient and always handy when something needed quickly or in the late hours.

Staff are rude, no customer service skills and the security guard is strange, he just stares in your face, a bit creepy tbh.

I would like to thank that staff that was on yesterday 7/12/2023, my 3 year old had an accident within the store, which meant he split the top of his lip/nose open so bad that he had to go hospital and have it glued. Purely accidental not the shops fault at all. They were wonderful with him, and me, getting sterile wipes and paper towels for me to help clean the site before I went to the hopsital with another shopper. They were
really fast acting and very helpful as well as comforting to both me and my son.

I've searched high and low for mulled wine in all the other supermarkets recently, but without any luck, that is until I stumbled upon it here, I'm really thankful to this Tesco's for still stocking it. ??

Just popped in to get an energy drink, which is restricted on the self service. It's was a pleasure today Ella was that quick a confirming my age I was quicker than the customer she was serving.
