Whilst the service at the cafe was faultless, the ordering process via a touchscreen is horrendous. I guess these systems are installed to save the company money as they translate to fewer staff. More time is spent looking at yet another screen instead of being able to interact with another person, and it doesn?t save the customer anytime. And to top me it up there isn?t any hand sanitiser to clean away the germs that have accumulated and multiplied on the screen. On the same note, the sanitising station at the entrance of the shop has been empty for months now. Basic hygiene lessons from Covid quickly forgotten.

I used to love this store. Now - shelves not stocked, checkouts lack people, Ages to get to checkout, no staff, staff that you find complain about their bosses. Sainsbury?s looks like a good bet!

Tesco throughout UK has become a third class store. Every day when you visit Tesco there is a new price tag on any commodity that you want to buy and higher by 30-50%. Whats going on in this store.
Also the store used to share some good priced coupons with its customers 2-3 years ago, so a £30-£40 coupon usage used to offer £10-£13 discount, now this discount is reduced to £3-£4 for the same £30-£40. The day is not far when people will see this discount to £0.20-£0.30 and the management would stand proud to do it because now they do not see any shame to it.
Tesco used to make millions now it is making billions. Is there any end to management and shareholders greed and lust or they just want to continue to deprive people of what they can and should provide.

Not sure what Tesco?s sales strategy is trying to do, they?ve removed the fish monger and replaced it with a yo sushi which is barely used. Butcher also went replaced by wholesale bulk buy items. Variety and choice of items stripped back to bare minimum popular items. A race to the bottom on price with some items competing with Aldi whereas other items are extortionately priced. Seriously considering changing supermarket.
Tesco have no idea who their target clientele is and this is very evident in this Tesco.

When I'm buying tobacco I am treated like I'm a thief. Unlike in any other shop. They won't put that tobacco on the counter till I pay fo it
Massive health and safety breach. Today a guy was pulling electric pump truck with 3 massive carts full of products between isles while being on the phone. Loads of customers around. I don't wear safety boots in this store !
Other time the guy almost hit me with this MHE! No near miss was reported management is extremely poor! Prices of some products are as it is written compared to Aldi prices and it's not true as I'm shopping in Aldi as well for the same products. Outside of the shop the shopping cart guy is out of control of pushing 60 carts at one go bumping in to the cars occupies whole pedestrian route as well. Pushing people off the pavement. If I want to leave the carpark I can't see if any car is approaching due to tall hedges! It is a blind spot that as I believe should be sorted immediately!.
And the worst thing is at self checkout stations I have an option to donate money to charity. It's irritating and uncomfortable. One accidently I have paid £0.29 and staff was not aware of how to refund this, If I want to donate some money for charity I will go on line. Typical bothering of a customer.
Customer service station is always full of people due to incorrect price tags on the products.
At the gas station gloves will be provided if you ask inside the store. Well if I want go inside the store I wouldn't stop at the pay at the pump station. Fuel is corrosive and I'm in rush. But still I have to ask for gloves. Every other petrol stations provide gloves at the pumps!
Gloves should be available at all time without asking for them. So this petrol station should be shut down immediately

Large store with a wide range of products. Can get very busy and dot.com shoppers often block aisles making shopping difficult. Also a lot of fruit and vegetables are often use by that day.
Update today. (23/2/25) I've just been into the Mobile shop. Dan was very helpful. Thank you.

I've used this Tesco every week for years ,went new years eve as soon as it opened which was 5am, and to my surprise I've come home today to fine a parking fine from shopping there that early .
