Decided to get a flu jab. Brilliant service the pharmacist managed to book my husband and me in nearly straight away. Very considerate it didn't hurt.
Checked my husband's blood pressure and advised on high side. Now monitoring.

Stood at the pharmacy counter & this woman looked at me & said, i'll be there in a minute sir. If you can't make out the gender of a person don't say anything! Had i commented on her ethnicity & choice of dress she would have been offended as i to be called a man. Perhaps the staff behind the counter should go on courses to address customers. What with in-house pharmacies closing down this kind of attitude will turn customers away.

Arrived at the pharmacy at 21:00 exactly on 18th Jan 2024 after spending the whole day at the hospital with my toddler. The pharmacist refused to serve me, he was stood behind the counter closing up and could have used his discretion but chose to clock off on time instead. Left me stranded with nowhere to get my child's antibiotics, disgraceful.Another reason to move away from Tesco, service levels have fallen off a cliff in recent months.

Awful service. Asked if I could come and get a flu jab earlier than dates offered on website. Reply book on line, end. This seemed to be case of 'the computer said no' zero service or initiative. Same call to Twilight pharmacy. Went straight down within 30 minutes of calling all done. What a difference.

I dont shop here as often as the larger Tesco but its handy for smaller shops when you dont need such a lot. The range is descent and the store is well lit and clean. The staff here I have found always to be helpful but could do with putting a smile on their faces every now and then. The special offers are very good if they have them in and I would advise not going in on change over day as it can get very confusing and on more than one occasion i have been told a special offer has ended even though I have only been in the store an hour. It happens but it can be annoying.
