We visited this store to exchange a necklace that had broken within warranty. The assistant we dealt with was lovely and extremely helpful. There was no stress or quibble about exchanging. The transaction was very efficient. I would highly recommended Swarovski jewellery for peace of mind.

Having purchased some earings and finding they were not fit for purpose (the design would not allow me to insert them) I took them back to the shop. The assistant said she would only exchange? After explaining my consumer rights that they were not fit for purpose she then said she would on this occasion refund although she shouldn?t and it was my ears that were at fault!! If she had not been so rude about refunding I would have shopped again (the earings were not cheap at £135). Having walked away I appreciated the refund but not the tone I was spoken in. One lost customer.
