I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and have always had a positive experience! Quick responses, friendly staff and always felt well taken care of. I feel very happy and lucky to be a patient at Swanswell. Thank you :)

Would give no stars if possible, no wonder the nhs is rubbish when you have theses dim people running reception, they really haven't got a clue .... Who thats dumb they send referrals to a pharmacy for a 5yr old when its ment for an adult! Something so simple they completely get wrong... Waste of time even bothering with doctors an nhs nowadays. Unless your non British of course

After reading the reviews l was scared but my experience yesterday was extraordinary. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, got my 2 appointments very quick and she was cheerful. The physician who saw my kids on separate occasions Ms Balasubramaniam was extraordinary. She explained very well and all my questions answered,l walked in as a frightened mom but after leaving her room l was relieved and smiling,l felted supported 100% from the appointment call until l left their premises. Highly recommend this place.

No doctors work there only psychics with their crystal balls. You will have a better chance finding nemo then seeing a doctor

Rude staff. I have on more than one occasion dealt with the rude receptionists there. I rang today for an appointment for my daughter who I took to pharmacy she had a temperature and a cough I was told to get a doc appointment for her. When I rang the receptionist said we don't deal with flu symptoms that can be dealt with the pharmacy when I told her we have been and my daughter hasn't had an appointment in the last 3years since we've been with them she than said so you are refusing to take her to the pharmacy. I asked her when have I said this ? Really absurd people skills and trying to twist words when I remained pretty patient and polite towards her once I asked her name she changed her tune. Complete disregard for anyone's health. I will be changing the gp only because their receptionist are absolutely vile people. Like I said this is only one of repeat instances when they've just been useless and rude for no reason, they need to change the staff there. It is putting the surgery in a bad light. Get rid is my advice

My baby had his first 3 sets of vaccinations here. The first 2 lots was totally fine and my baby was fine within himself. The 3rd lot, we saw a different nurse and my baby was absolutely hysterical for 8 hours I carried him the whole way home and had to push the pram all by myself and as a mother it was awful to see. I could not calm him down and calpol and nurofen didnt help. He had a huge red lump on his leg which lasted 4 weeks and when I emailed the surgery to complain I got a call back, saying it wasn't the nurses fault its just a potential side affect of the MenB vaccine which he hadn't had before. If he hadnt had it before I'd like to know why its in his red book he has, and why the NHS website says he should of had it...so what was he given instead? Disgusting trying to palm me off with poor excuses and blatent lies. My son had it before and he was fine and the jab was in a different place. It was devastating to see my son in such a bad way and the lack of care and dismissive nature of the doctors when me pointing this out so other babies/parents don't go through what we did. Also my son is anaphylactic with an allergy and at 2 months old he nearly died multiple times because of it and this doctors said it couldn't be an allergy as it wouldn't just come out of no where but I was explaining he'd been in and out of hospital for breathing issues from 4 weeks old when it reached its peak so there wss issues before.. I got the good old you're a first time mum I take it? As if I can't see when someone can't breathe properly and is losing consciousness. He could have died....

This GP thought a text message my mom couldn't reply to was a suitable annual review for my mom who has a lifelong, life threatening illness and current problems which can be life threatening. She is entitled to an annual review which no doubt they claim money for and she gets a no reply text message. I'm beyond discusted. This is just the latest in a catalogue of poor treatment.

I was unable to leave NO stars! I was treated appalling over not being able to wear a mask i clearly had a bad wound on my lip, and even though I took my temperature at the door and it was normal, I had NO symptoms!! I was shouted across the waiting room by the receptionist twice to put a mask on, wen I refused I was asked for my name! When I went in to see the nurse Ranjit Dhillon, I tried to explain to about my lip but she ignored me, done my blood test and said YOU CAN LEAVE NOW! that was back in November.. I still don't know my results, I foned up 3wks later and was told over the fone by a receptionist that she thinks the results are OK but she's not a medical person and I should make an appointment to see a GP.. I never did because I felt I never wanted to step foot in there again! Luckily I've moved now and hoping I'll find a better practise than that this one!!

I?d like to say that my visit to a Dr.Binning today was an excellent experience! He is kind, considerate, funny and prepared to listen; all that you would like to see in any doctor, but unfortunately don?t.Thank you, it?s people like you, that the NHS can be truly proud of!

Terrible unreliable service.... can never get your prescription on time if it needs signing off by a doctor every month, just to be told everytime theres only 1doctor in today and his back logged ?? So that's means I go days without the medication iv been on for over 10years ?

This medical centre needs more knowledgeable receptionist they never answer the phone and then lies to your face with a nasty tone . They just sit down and be rude can never help and never wants to put you through to the doctors unless you lie.

It says on the phone the receptionists are getting a lot of abuse, if they took a moment to think about what they say and their tone of voice I'm sure it would improve theirs and the patient experience. Shocking how the receptionist spoke to me this morning. The Dr just sent a text saying script sent to designated pharmacy but don't have one and couldn't get through to find out where it's gone.
