Went and filled a basket, realised my phone was with the Apple Store so I asked them to save my items behind tills which they agreed. Returned and items were put back lady with headscarf on tills and older white lady with glasses told me to re pick items again within 3 minutes due to store approaching closing time. Poor customer service staff were rude in tone and no apology

Me and My Girlfriend recently bought a bottle of Aloe Vera after sun for our holiday as well as a bottle of factor 8 tanning oil and after her shower she seen the stickers were coming off so she removed the stickers for it to show a different label on the actual bottle that showed the After Sun to actually be hand sanitizer and the factor 8 bottle it actually be factor 6. If the labels hadn?t of peeled off she would have put hand sanitizer over her body thinking it was after sun and she could have been allergic to god knows what is in hand sanitizer but wasn?t shown as it was covered by the after sun sticker.

I like this Superdrug store plus good for a bargain But every time i go there i get bombarded by a Superdrug pharmacy worker asking me over again if i have a pharmacy i said YES i do ! its not are from me why would i go to my own pharmacy then go travel all the way to Solihull for me, i get annoyed when asked by this member i just ignore them now thank god wish people like this stop asking me this everytime I go to superdrug and would be left alone an no to be asked ? I already suffer from social anxiety I came to enjoy my day for a nice day out ?

Massive thank you to Penny based at the back of the superdrug store who pierced my daughters ears a few weeks back, we originally went across the road to the most popular ear piercing place & was put of by the price & lack of customer service, we went across to superdrug and was pleasantly surprised to find the same earrings as across the way a fraction of the price.. Penny was so informative, professional and most of all gentle, she ensured my little ones first ever ear piercing was a pleasant experience thanks Penny!!!

staff rude asf to be honest also trying to charge me £40 to get my ears pierced when on your website it says pay for jewerly and get the piercing free is a bit of a joke also this is the only super drug that claims you need to buy their cleaning solution to actually get a piercing which is funny considering your cleaning solution doesn?t work will not be coming here again sort yourselves smh

After months of being begged by my daughter to have her ears pierced, we took our daughter at the beginning of the summer holidays to Superdrug in Touchwood after being recommended by other parents.
The whole experience was as good as others had told me. Penny was really patient and was very good at reassuring my daughter. She explained the whole process to her. Our daughter was spoken to throughout. Everything was done at our daughter's pace. We wasn't rushed at all. Our daughter chose the 4mm cubic zirconia studs. The earrings were done at the same time. Penny gave my daughter a teddy to cuddle whilst the piercing was done.
Afterwards, my daughter went a bit pale and Penny was quick to make sure our daughter was seated with a fan beside her. She even fetched her a bottle of water, which I offered to pay for but Penny kindly declined. Our daughter regained the colour in her cheeks and Penny made sure she was ok before we left the store.
We are now 5 days post piercing and we haven't had any issues with the piercings at all. We have been cleaning twice a day with the aftercare solution. There has been no discharge, redness or pain.
Would 100% recommend Superdrug in Touchwood. Penny showed our daughter respect and nothing was done without our daughter's consent. Her kindness towards our daughter made the experience a positive one and our daughter loves her earrings. Thank you Penny. So glad we listened to the other parents recommendation to go to Superdrug in Touchwood.

It?s not often you find someone who?s not only knowledgable on products but who?s also *totally* genuine and has as great communication & customer service skills as you do ? you were incredibly helpful and the fact you helped answer my mum?s queries with such compassion meant so much to me. I appreciate how your help came from a real place and didn?t seem fake or exaggerated in the slightest; it was almost effortless. Got what I needed, but was served by the single most miserable person in existence. She had to move from stocking a nearby shelf to come to serve me, with her expression suggesting that there could be nothing in the world she would rather be doing less. The huff as I approached made me feel very special indeed....and this was just after 09:30, so I feel for the people being served later in the day.
