Called in here this morning and i have to say ive been in loads of subways across the country and the guy that was there this morning did the best 2 chicken and salad wraps ive had in england fabulous?

Absolutely disgusting attitude! Ordered on the app as me and my friend usually do and we have never had an issue with it before! The man who served us has no name on his tag but liked to mention multiple times that ?he owns 3 stores?. My friend asked for hers to NOT be toasted as selected on the app as regular. The man proceeded to say that my friend in fact did not select this button and that she should?ve selected ?not toasted? there is no option for this and as I?ve said before never had any issues in any other store when she?s ordered a sandwich as ?regular?. The man rudely stood there saying that it was her fault and that they toast it anyway even though the receipt did not say to be toasted (like mine clearly stated on the receipt for mine to be). When asked if he could remake it he seemed unbothered and got someone else to make it. After the sandwich had been made correctly he threw the sandwich at her. As someone who works within the food sector I thought this was appalling behaviour

What an absolute heap of rubbish. I was on the phone with a friend when a the owner was dismissive to her and sounded like she was a burden asking him questions.
She left and returned to ask his name but it kicked off proper because the owner could diffuse the situation.
Bad customer service and a rude individual. Set a good example for your staff.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience today at this subway . I intended to purchase a steak footlong sandwich. When I asked the attendant if it was possible to have the sandwich made half and half, he responded in a condescending manner, stating that such an option was not available and that I would need to pay separately for each half. Despite my attempt to address his tone, the situation quickly escalated, and I felt compelled to leave the store.Upon reflection, I returned to the store to request the name of the employee who served me. To my surprise, the employee identified himself as the owner and proceeded to hurl insults at me, including questioning my mental state. This behaviour was not only unprofessional but deeply disturbing, especially in the presence of other customers who witnessed the altercation.As a loyal Subway customer, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by your employee/owner. Such behaviour not only tarnishes the reputation of your establishment but also creates an unwelcoming environment for customers.I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter and ensure that all employees, including the owner, undergo training to improve customer service skills and foster a respectful workplace culture.

Visited this store today with my husband and daughter and had a very pleasant experience.There were two male members of staff in the store at the time and both of them were very friendly and accommodating. We were sat in store when a lady came in and began ordering and asking for modifications to her order, in which the server responded clearly and professionally, explaining that certain modifications and extras are charged for and some may not be possible, however the server offered an alternative solution, to which the lady then began questioning the server and said she longer wanted to order and left the store. The lady later returned to the store shouting abuse at the server who handled the situation professionally and asked the lady to leave as it was causing distress to the other customers, especially as there was young children in the store at the time.

I?ll be my last time to eat there, one of the staff treats my very rude . ?They had added sauce to me in the same place before, that?s why I took it normally , but you looked at me very disrespectfully and treated me rude .?You have done this disrespect to me before, but?I haven't taken it personally .I hope the manger doesn't just think about hardworking but paying attention?Because the only thing that really effect badly on the business is disrespect and being rude with the customer .

Came in to redeem some points that were due to expire and the server actually asked to see my order history to prove that I wasn't fraudlently scamming the app!? Nowhere does it say this is required and I found the accusations disgusting. After a lot of unnecessary faffing about I managed to pull up my points history *not order history as he had requested*, only then he then would only let me redeem points for 1 item and not the two I ordered.Horrific attitude and experience. Won't be visiting this store again.
