Ever since its been refurbished, management is shockingly bad at sorting their staff out. Only one person serving lunch rush hour. Queue could be 15, which takes forever.

Rude, obnoxious staff who clearly had a private joke about me when I was ordering my food. I ask them what was funny and they didn't reply, they just carried on smirking at each other. Felt so embarrassed and didn't know what the problem was. Food was bang average and ridiculously priced. Never use there again.

Went in at 5:45 pm and told can't do any hot sandwiches because the machines been switched off! When asked why he said so he can clean it and not have to wait till closing time.

Walked in and began ordering being the only customer in the store.Just eat driver turns up.Worker (about to take my bread out) stops making my order and does the just eat order instead.Please get your priorities straight this isn't how you should treat customers

I have been going subway for over 20 years and I must admit the service at this branch is the worst I have ever experienced especially when dealing with Ashraf the guy is rude and offers no level of customer service gives you a limit on the amount of salad you can have also didn?t provide a bag, and manners are out right rude, when questioned if this is right customer service the response is ?maybe it?s your first time here? I?ve been to here several times before and I have not received service as bad as this before... Ashraf needs to be addressed in regards to the way he speaks to customers.

Friendly staff and good service BUT, I have just edited the review due to the fact that I didn't realise that there was a maximum time limit of 45 minutes parking. I slightly exceeded that and just received a parking fine of £100.00 or £60.00 if I pay within 14 days.That turned out to be a very expensive sandwich.

I asked to warm up the cookies and he said he?s not allowed to because when you buy 2 you get the third free and a bag. I told him I?ll pay extra to warm it and he still said no. literally never heard this excuse at any other subway.I?ll get the cookies from another branch
