Worst customer service i have ever received and the manager has no managerial skills whatsoever, him and the staff were rude to a customer infront of me, and when I asked and told him this is the worst store I've been too he said why are you getting involved, one day he will pss the wrong person off ??

Recently visited this Sports Direct location and was quite disappointed with the customer service. We waited a long time for someone to assist us with shoe sizes, but no staff were around the shoe section.
One staff member, who was working in the clothing section, was asked to send someone over. However, we didn?t receive a proper response. Eventually, she came over herself, only to assist another customer while we were still waiting.
The experience felt disorganized and unprofessional.
This store really needs more attentive and trained staff who understand basic customer service and prioritization.

Terrible service today at SOLIHULL sports Direct. The online shop sent me the wrong size trainer with the right size trainer box. I tried to return this in store however they said online returns only. I?ve sent sports direct numerous emails about there mistake no reply. She said to buy the same product AGAIN! and they will give me a refund for the other one online. I?m still waiting for an online refund. Anyways the same trainers I bought again in the correct size, were in worn and terrible condition and the only size. I needed them for an occasion therefore had to buy, as the manager wouldnt even order a new size in the same shoe for instore delivery for me. Never going to purchase online or instore. What a horrible experience with sports direct online and instore. Stay away. Sports direct is a scam store, DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!! JD Sports is so much better experience.

Me and my family recently visited this sports direct and we were utterly disappointed in the treatment by staff and unprofessionalism. As we went inside one of the staff members were arguing about something called ?nunu? and the place looked a mess with clothes all over the floor also they closed a hour before it said on the website

Sports direct shame on you for putting sale prices on items and when get to the till they say it?s wrong and take the sale price off. The so called manager could not be bothered to attend when asked. This has happened twice to us in this shop. No need to say we will not return to sports direct.

Went in with the goal of buying Fifa 24 for the PS4 on Friday. No one was on the till and no one seemed to know how to use the tills so I was turned away. Worst customer service I've ever received and will not be returning

I went in last Saturday to get a few things from game and I was absolutely appalled. The few people there knew absolutely nothing about the game I wanted, I tried to get help but absolutely no one was helpful. To top it off there was no one on the tils and I got turned away for the game I wanted. Will definitely never be going back to this location.

There needs to be some higher mamagement review of this store. As with comments below, visited today to buy some shoes. No one approached me to assist. Gave up, as I was leaving there was a staff member on his phone at the door. Was going to tell him the place is a joke, but he didn't even see me staring at him he was that engrossed with his phone.
