26/01/2024 - If I could give a 100 star rating, I would. My beloved sofa which I've had for over 20 years has been fixed by Sofafix. Base, back and seat cushions. It was returned today and when I sat on it, I was emotional, it felt like a brand new sofa. 100% professional job by Steve, a real gent, fantastic guy. Highly recommended.

I rang sofafix to see if they could upholster my dinning chairs they came out with samples of leather showed me then they took the chairs and they came back brand new like they came out of a show room and they had them for 4 days it?s amazing so just want to say thank you to Steve and Jane so much.

I first contacted Steve at Sofafix just after the first lockdown and I was very impressed with his professionalism, honesty and quality of workmanship. Jump ahead to right now, I finally managed to get my own affairs in order so that Sofafix could do what they do best and fix my sofa! From the very start, Steve was punctual and precise in his dealings with me. My sofas were taken in a state that could be best described as "ready for the tip". Steve and his colleague Jane moved everything for me and even helped with advice on what would work best when giving our sofas a new lease of life. Our entire suite (which seats up to 10 people) was recovered and rejuvenated in no time at all. The quality of Steve and Jane's work is simply the best. Our suite was returned to us looking as good as new. When I considered what they looked like before going to Steve, the finished result was nothing short of a miracle. It isn't just ourselves who have been impressed with Sofafix, we have had visitors who have complimented our "new" sofas such is the quality of the work which has been done. I am very, very pleased with Sofafix, Steve and Jane. Together, they changed our sofa suite from an embarrassment into something we can once again be proud of. I would strongly recommend Sofafix for any as well as all of your upholstery needs.

Soa was picked up as planned , the whole seat was fixed and recovered in new leather. It was returned at a convenient time. No hidden charges, an excellent job done. Like having a new sofa at a fraction of the cost. You can see the before and after photos attached.

I emailed about a quote but had no response. I then called to ask whether they received the quote. The man was short on the phone and it didn't sound like he was interested. He asked me to re-send the email and he would have a look at it but again, no response. Disappointing but at least we didn't do any business with them.

Does not inform customers. Don't answer until you get massive. Doesn't deliver. Does not inform customers about exceeding the delivery time. Very bad business practices. Claims he has tracking for the shipments. But he hasn't. Is a pure fake on his own site. He does not give out the track number of a shipping company. He probably did, because he didn't send anything. Stay away from the store!

Phoned them on Thursday, our suite was collected Friday, and delivered back, repaired on Saturday morning!Very pleased with the quality and speed of the service!

Our dog managed to rip the cushion on the new sofa, contacted them on Wednesday and they collected the cushions on Friday morning returning them Monday morning ( bank holiday), managed to almost match the material as it was on the back quality workmanship and customer service thank you very much Nick
