Being a delivery driver, I am more than willing to accept that prices will be a little higher than elsewhere. The shock I got when I went here was beyond a joke. In several cases, the prices were twice the normal going rate. The only thing I felt missing from the whole experience was the neigh of a horse, and the demand to \\\"Stand and deliver!!!\\\".

I use this Shell regularly, maybe a penny more than elsewhere, but has a carwash, jetwash and is a great facility.

This petrol station is opposite the Sainsburys station but it is worth looking at this one because it is usually the same price and is not as busy as the Sainsburys.

There are three petrol stations very close to each other in this section of Shirley. Driving from Shirley towards Sears Retail Park, first you come to the BP one, then the Shell one is on the other side of the road and there is a Salisbury's one just opposite. They are all usually the same price, but I do always look to the Shell and Sainsbury's ones as the BP one can sometimes be a penny more a litre. The Shell one is a bit smaller than the Salisbury's one and I usually avoid it when it is busy and go to Salisbury's as it is just that bit bigger so you are out quicker. Always worth looking at the price of those 2, if not all 3 before you fill up!
