Was served with a smile by a lovely lady named Emma on this August Bank Holiday morning. I was picking up 6 x 20kg bags of screed.
When loading my car, Emma helped with loading. She helped more than the lads did on my last 2 visits.
She's a credit to your branch.

Seriously do idiots work here? Brought a saw blade in today asking for the same one... They refused to help me... Unless I knew the size... I didn't know the size but I had it in my hand! Could have easily gone out back to match the size for me and let me buy a new blade.. Oh no... That's too much effort for this place... You've got one job lads and you couldn't even be bothered to do that... Went down the road to tool man who was more than helpful....
