The quality of the shoes are too low.
Had a school shoe purchased and it wore off in just 3 months.
I won't recommend it if you are looking for quality shoes. On checking, the staff mentioned it's ware and tear as it's made out of recycled material and asked me to bin it.

Bad quality shoes with a higher price. My son's shoes literally came off from the bottom within 6 months and when we took it to the customer service,the manager said they can't do anything. It is a recycled material so the quality will be poor. £24 wasted

Very poor customer service. We asked to try on some shoes - the staff member kept getting distracted on the way to bringing them out to us - we had to remind them of the size 3 times. When the shoes arrived, we had to lace them up ourselves before we could try them on.

I genuinely feel sorry for the regular sales staff trying to work in this store - I popped in and was interested to find out about some converse. The sales assistant that was going to help me was rudely interrupted by who I assumed to be the manager and told to go out back to complete some likely
None urgent menial task. I don't know what point the manager was trying to prove but they won ! I left took my business across and went to Diechman.

Today, I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young man named Awais, if I recall correctly. He not only provided me with valuable advice on shoes but also exhibited kindness and chattiness throughout the interaction. I wholeheartedly endorse this store based on the outstanding service delivered by its exceptional employees like Awais.

I visited after work yesterday afternoon, not realising there was a big sale event on. Even though it was nearly closing time, Belle didn't rush me at all and was very helpful getting me the shoes I wanted to try on. She gave great advice, and then I was well taken care of by Grace who placed my order for me. Both are a credit to the store, they were so polite and attentive despite how busy the store was.
