Very pleasant staff in this branch everytime I've been in. At the my encounter the cashier noted that it was 3 days past my birthday and wished me a happy belated birthday, made my day :)

I am deeply dissatisfied with the way I was treated by your staff (Kulbir, Kayleigh, and the other woman behind the desk) whose behavior was both rude and excessively interrogative, culminating in an unwarranted call to the police.
When my sister and I visited the branch to conduct a routine transaction, I was subjected to a series of intrusive and accusatory questions by the above staff members. Despite providing the necessary documentation and answering all questions to the best of my ability, the staff members continued to treat me with suspicion and hostility. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also extremely distressing. My father arrived to the bank to handle the matter and was falsely accused of aggressive behaviour. To my shock and dismay, the staff decided to escalate the situation by calling the police, implying that we were aggressive. This action was completely unwarranted and caused me considerable embarrassment and anxiety.
The police officers who arrived were professional and quickly determined that there was no wrongdoing on our part. However, the entire episode was deeply humiliating and left me feeling both violated and unjustly targeted. After the whole ordeal which was over 3 hours, I still did not receive my money nor did my sister, which was a complete waste of our time. I have been a loyal customer of Santander for over 5 years and this experience has severely shaken my confidence in your institution. No customer should have to endure such treatment, and I believe it is crucial that your staff receive proper training on how to handle customer interactions with respect and professionalism.

Kayleigh, Kulbir and the other woman behind the desk..awful customer service. Disgusting and rude behaviour. My daughters went into the Shirley branch to withdraw some money which resulted in intrusive and unnecessary questions. If I could give a zero rating I would. When I went to Santander to see what was happening, they called the police unnecessarily. After everything that had happened, my daughters still did not receive their own money. They will be closing their accounts with this awful bank and will never step foot in a Santander bank again.

I have been trying to get to book an appointment online but as we have been logged out our account due fraud from Santander we can?t even book and no one will speak to us. My husband has had an account with Santander for 50 year but as soon as this get sorted we will move our money an close the accounts l. I Hope someone had responded to this otherwise why bother saving with Santander!!!

I want to say that the experience is zero, the staff is very rude. I have had my online account closed for four months and they don't help me open it, they just send me back and give me new codes every time. what can I say, I don't care!!

Unbelievable bad service. The lady serving almost sent 18000 pound of my money to the wrong account. Asked me to agree it would be my responsibility .

Not a fan of the reduced hours as I work during these hours.Staff service at the counter is abysmal. They're very bloody happy to tell you what you can do instead of doing it for you.

Went in to inform them that i needed to close an account due to a family bereavement. Was told to stand in a queue, 15 mins later a woman came up to me to tell me i needed to book an appointment. Terrible service, the worse i've come across.
