The Santander Call Centre was really poor, I was hoping for a better service in branch sadly not, the staff member showed little interest, didn?t listen to Customer needs and requirements and constantly talked over me? take your business elsewhere!

Waste of time don?t even bother going in. No one will speak to you unless you have an appointment even if it you do have an appointment you won?t be seen on time..

Always very helpful and friendly staff. We had a meeting to update my husband's account with John Paul recently. He was great, he explained everything clearly. J.P was very helpful we had such good service, a genuinely nice guy.

Had to get some bank statements. A lovely lady called Debbie, tall, long hair assisted me and was so helpful and her customer service was bang on. Well done Debbie

Came in here to change my address and the staff here were unbelievably kind and helpful! Usually I have bad experiences with banks, and I did have an issue changing my address (only by the fault of it being a new build, not Santander?s fault) but the staff here made it a breeze. Emma who was helping me, and her colleague Nicky who popped over to help were very supportive. I even ran over their closing time by a few minutes but I didn?t feel rushed and they were just happy to help, thanks!

Very good . Even though i don't use this bank they allow me to sit in there in the warm when i wait for the bus
