The Santander Call Centre was really poor, I was hoping for a better service in branch sadly not, the staff member showed little interest, didn’t listen to Customer needs and requirements and constantly talked over me… take your business elsewhere!

Waste of time don’t even bother going in. No one will speak to you unless you have an appointment even if it you do have an appointment you won’t be seen on time..
