i?ve had a Royal Mail Tracked 48?? parcel stuck here for 11 days so far, tracking details keep saying the same thing over and over again every day: ?item received? ?due to be delivered? ?item received? ?due to be delivered? over and over again. Knowle Delivery Office is in the same postcode as the post office where the sender handed the parcel in ? the delivery address is 82 miles away. i?ve ordered stuff after that has been delivered before it. tried calling to see what?s going on, and the line immediately hangs up without ringing, so there?s no way to find out what?s happened or for anyone to be held accountable. disgraceful. i want my money back!
