Lovely shop staff are very helpful and polite dresses are very expensive if you look around you can get reduced sale prices on their dresses.

Absolutely happy. The staff are so nice and are Willing to help find what you need. I have prom in about 3 weeks and at another dress shop we waited since feb 10th for a dress we payed a lot for to come in and at last minute they told us we couldn?t have the dress. Coming into this shop and with the staffs help I felt so happy with my new dress and would definitely be coming again. Thanks so much to the lovely assistant who helped me today ??

Over the last couple of years I always like shopping at Roman. But just recently I came into the shop and was looking at the coats. I tried one on at the zip was broken and ( maybe a manger) she thought I was stealing one of the coats and not paying for it. I was walking out with my coat. Not happy and won?t be buying here ever again!

Awful manager and customer service . Went to change a dress was really rude won?t be going back there . She had such an attitude head office needs to address this as they will loose more customers !

I was very disappointed when the Roman shop closed in Leamington, however I have visited the Solihull store several times and I cant praise the staff enough. They were really helpful I love the fact there has always been a sale rail, we all love a bargainThank you ladies
