I?ve been a customer of Robert Dyas for many years and have made several purchases over time. On the rare occasions when I encountered an issue with a product, the return or exchange process was always smooth and respectful?as long as I had the receipt. It?s the most trustworthy place I?ve ever shopped, and I truly don?t understand the negative reviews some people have left. In my experience, no other retailer?even Amazon?matches the level of customer service and reliability that Robert Dyas offers. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and managers for their consistent professionalism and support.

Don?t know which one I?ve ordered from but an actual joke!!!!! My delivery was due almost a week ago. Customer service is appalling. Lies on lies. I?ve asked for my order to be cancelled as it still hasn?t even been despatched. Suddenly I?m told it?s been despatched. Lies. As they cannot provide tracking, and the courier has not confirmed it has been despatched. Avoid this shambolic business.

Don't buy anything electrical from this supplier. If it's not suitable for your needs they dont accept them back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never buy anything from them ever again amd will tell everyone to avoid. I bought a water filter machine that dispenses cold and hot water. It's extremely noisy and not suitable. Spent over £100 and they won't take the item back and refund. If this was a Beatties store or House Of Fraser they would accept it regardless. The item purchased is so noisy in the kitchen it was packed away back in it's box. ROBERT DYAS your customer service is rubbish!

£3.35 just to print 1 piece of coloured paper. Talk about daylight robbery but guess they take advantage of being in so called 'Solihull'. Needed it as an emergency or would have got it printed for 50p locally.

Terribly rude staff. Went there on 2nd Jun, around 14:30. We found the product we wanted but there's no price tag. So we took it to the checkout to check the price. There were 2 staff, 1 male 1 female, chatting with each other, there was no queue. But guess what, the lady gave us a LONG LOUD sigh before checking the price for us. Then she didn't look at us or say anything when we thanked her. If you wanna experience that kind of rudeness, just visit Robert dyas solihull.

Robert Dyas is a chain store, so Solihull differs little from the other outlets such as the one in Stratford upon Avon. There is a large range of domestic goods, including electrical equipment such as kettles. It is also possible to buy IT items such as leads and adapters. Other merchandise is reminiscent of traditional hardware stores. The goods are clearly displayed, although the gangways between the shelves could be wider. Service is very good. The small queues at the checkouts were handled quickly and efficiently. Although the access is suitable for wheelchair users, the store is located on a street where there is no parking

Good variety of hardware and kitchenware albeit a bit pricey for some things, but there are plenty of bargains if you look. Now has a Ryman office store co-located with it.
