The rude member of staff with brown hair still works there. She removed my discount from my bill because she did not want me having a discount. Why work with the public if you hate them so much.

This is by far the best health food store in Solihull, which we have being using for years. All the staff (Caroline, Nicky and Anna) are incredibly helpful with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Lots of quality product choice, from health foods, vitamins to beauty products. We have tried most if not all the similar types of stores in the area, but Revital is the one we keep coming back to.

I really like the range of products offered by this place, and whilst I find it quite overpriced in comparison to Holland & Barrett, it does have the appeal of being an indie shop and therefore you don't mind spending an extra few pence per item. The shop is split into 2 levels, with the supplements and cosmetics side of things upstairs and mainly food downstairs. There is also a little independant health therapist office upstairs. The lady that works in there is lovely. She does my Nan's feet all the time and comes highly recommended. The main reason that I go in there is for the occasional vegan treats that they have, which are a wide range of faux meats and cheeses, dairy free cheesecakes and ice cream and mixes/spreads. The sales staff I never find to be very accomodating, I have to be honest. A couple of them have been quite snippy with me before, but you can't be too picky about where you shop when barely anywhere in the area stocks things that you can eat! Overall the range of goods wins, thumbs up.

This is a wonderful health food shop with almost everything in the realm of health foods you might ever need. The shop is packed full of amazing things and even just browsing round you leave feeling that little more wholesome. There are plenty of products for those who can't eat wheat, meat or dairy, including my favourite ice cream ever Swedish Glace, which although contains no milk is surprisingly very creamy. The magical healing manuka honey comes in many varieties and you can find it alongside local honey which is good for things like hayfever. They have a large section of jams and conserves and my favourite- teas! I got plenty of inspiration for my ever-growing tea collection. Upstairs you can find homeopathy products, vitamins and eco friendly cleaning products. Generally this place is more expensive than the high street health food chain, but there is some stuff here you won't find there.

I'm a big fan of Revital in Solihull, it's like a healthy heaven of herbal goodness. The store is actually massive, but doesn't really look that big from the outside, and the downstairs floor is dedicated to selling organic food and drinks, whether it be vegetarian or vegan. But my favourite thing about this shop is the extensive quantity of herbal teas, both in loose form and tea bag form. There's literally two isles dedicated to herbal infusions, and I end up spending hours browsing through them all like a library. I often buy Rosehip from here, because it's the only place in Birmingham where you can buy this herb in loose form. And at £1.70 for 200g, you can't really go wrong. There's quite a few different herbs sold here that you can pick up cheaper than anywhere else. I usually buy Yerba Maté tea from here as well, which only costs £1.50 for 200g. This is an absolute bargain! Anywhere else I've bought it from has cost me around £3 for 100g! I'm a massive drinker of Maté, and I get down it quite quickly. So I always return to Revital for a top up. Maté is a much better alternative than coffee. Upstairs stocks a wide range of herbal supplements and tinctures. I buy Bilberry tinctures from here to help with eye strain. It isn't cheap but I have to admit, it works wonders!

Revital on Solihull High Street is one of the best and well stocked health food shops in the region. I am a regular here as they stock local honey (which is meant to be good for hayfever!) The shop is huge and I often find I spend a lot longer in there than anticipated. I visited with my mum last week as we wanted to stock up with some yummy health food goodies and grab some supplements. They carry a lot of general food and health food items - stocking items I can't manage to find anywhere else (Oat Bran) and having a wide choice within each range. Upstairs they also have a health beauty department. The staff are polite and fairly friendly. The only drawback is having to spend over £5 to use your card. My mom wasn't offered her OAP discount either - make sure you ask!
