I used this post office for many years , but the service is gone downhill , not the same what it used to be . That?s why I have started using Bentley Heath post office , very friendly staff , very receptive and plenty parking on site (which is bonus)

Knowle post office successfully not doing what other Post offices seem to manage very obligingly. They just can't be bothered

Super slow service, took 40 mins to drop a package off

A great place to go to watch people work in a Post Office. Less good if you want to use any of the Post Office services without a 15 minute wait.

Understaffed and the few staff working are very slow and don?t seem to be trained properly on the systems, there?s often long queues.

Drove some distance to this Post Office yesterday, after checking on the website that it was open, only to find it now closes around the three o'clock mark. Even given the current health crisis surely it is simple enough to update the website with relevant information? Very frustrating.

a good range of products but you are defiantly paying for the convenience as its quite a bit pricier than competitors.

COMPLAINT Today Saturday 29th December I rushed to Knowle post office in torrential rain to get an urgent parcel sent next day delivery. I arrived at 11.45 I was told to go straight to the counter by someone in the queue I waited while someone sent a parcel. It was 11.55 when the blonde post office lady curtly said I should queue when I explained I had a next day delivery she refused to take the parcel and said she had closed her books and refused to take the parcel. I said it was only 11.55 she didn't close until 12 noon she said she didn't close until 1 o'clock but still refused the parcel. So much for customer service and Christmas spirit. Her attitude was shocking and made me feel embarrassed as there was 15 people in the queue and I am sure they thought her attitude was unnecessary and she should have taken the parcel and closed the next day delivery books 12 noon not 11.55. Trouble is they are a law unto themselves and I ended up the loser. Couldnt sent the parcel first thing because it didn't arrive at my home until 11.30 that day.

This is a busy sub-post office on the High Street in Knowle. There is a car park to the rear, and two further car parks further along the High Street towards Loch Fyne. The front of the building is given over to a newsagents and convenience store. The newsagents stocks a good range of magazines, while the convenience store has enough stock to enable you to fill any gaps in your shopping or to put enough snacks together for a picnic. The post office itself is situated at the back of the store. There is often a queue, but this moves quickly. The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, even when faced with eBay parcels! They are also happy to complete certificates of posting, and to confirm the cost of specific parcels posted, which is way above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

I am in Knowle once every few weeks and use this post office when I need to. It is located at the back of a medium sized convienence store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had no problems posting a large parcel from here abroad just before Christmas and the queue although it was long went down quickly. Has a car park at the rear that you can use
