Went there today trying to track a parcel ( lost the receipt) the lady who served me found it on the system.. and also used her own phone to tell me where it was.. excellent service!!!

Been going here for many years and service was good. But now they seem rude and lazy. Post office open till 5:30pm but they make excuses saying there systems don't work etc because they don't want to work. I got there 15 mins before close. So bad

Went in to post something on Friday 27th April and specifically asked the lady I needed it there for Saturday 28th April. She said special delivery and will cost £6.50. After checking tracking it hasn't been delivered and upon further inspection I should have been offered special delivery guaranteed for Saturday! Now because of this I have lost out on £320 due to incompetence by the staff! Thanks alot.
