I am severely disappointed by the attitude of the security in this establishment, I was kicked out for having words with my friend, nothing which could cause concern, just a chat from one friend to another. This is not the first time that problems have been taken out of proportion, and most likely will not be the last. I have been coming to Popworld for a while and not had any problems apart from the new security staff (female). As a paying customer it is disgusting to be treated this way, and this is not the first complaint to be put in about this one female security guard. This is the second complaint I have put forward and yet no actions taken?

I come to Popworld every couple weeks and can?t fault the place apart from the new female security guard. Since she has joined the security team I?ve heard nothing but complaints. She can come across as quite rude and hostile and makes being there an unenjoyable experience and due to this I feel as though I will not be able to comfortably enjoy my time at Popworld
