Me and my friends went here on Saturday for my friends birthday I can't remember thr waitress name but she took a group photo for me and my friends. The food is delicious like always but the only downside thing is the pizza are a lot smaller than they use to be also you have to use your card to pay now and some people part of my friendship group have disabilities and don't have bank card and only bring cash on them and they can't use it but that's the only thing they bring as they don't have a bank card

I love Pizza Hut Pizzas. Always order pizza and do not use the buffet.
The service was not even classed as service. Using a app to order our food took 20mins as the waitress spoke so quickly about WiFi etc we didn't understand her instructions. She did come back as we struggled to order. WiFi isn't secure in the restaurant, so why should we use it? Also why ask for a tip in advance? Tip for what? Also had problems with actually paying, which we've experienced in Stratford branch. Always the excuse of HSBC difficult to process or WiFi problems in branch!
If as a company you want customers to not have waiting staff, why not install the systems Mac Donald's and M&S use to place orders - far more convenient! No need for staff to interact with your customers !
Stop all this app nonsense and lack of service.

The customer service was excellent and the service too, we were served by Safa and she was just fantastic.The manager was very polite and helpful too. We didn?t wait long at all for our food to be served.

Megan was our sever. She was great, fabulous smile. Explained about the app.
I would have preferred her to take our order but I'm old fashioned. Food was lovely. Perhaps more popular pizza needs to be replenished. Good value for money.

Had a great time here yesterday with my Grandma. We both felt very well looked after by an amazing staff member (who I didn?t catch the name of sadly)
My Grandmas use of a mobility scooter was not an issue and the staff were more than happy to accommodate.

I had just taken the children off to buy school uniform, We were tired, fed up and hungry. Evie greeted us at the door with a lovely warm smile , took us to the table and explained how we order I asked about the kids eat free deal she was very helpful. We loaded up the app but unfortunately I was having issues - I asked for help as I didn't know how to delete things off. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very helpful and checked in with us. Would recommend BECAUSE of the service the r of us received.

Lovely staff and lovely food would definitely recommend coming. We always come here twice a month. Meg was lovely and super helpful, a credit to Pizza Hut.

Spent £95 and regretted it straight away.
The staff are unorganised, asked for sauce and never got it, along with many things.
The food was vile. Apart from bits from the salad area.
Flies everywhere.
Booked for a table of 7 and got seated in a small booth. Barely fitted us all in. Because of the small table I had to sit in pile of dirty plates stack up as none of the staff seems to care, it was only cause I mention for them to remove them it was taken however, I sat there for 30 minutes in clutter. The worst thing is the staff clearly could see as they walked past constantly but never spoke to us.
Paid for four desserts and when they only brought out 2 I asked where the other 2 was and she said ?oh the ice cream just ran out? so I obliviously asked for a refunded and with a rude look she huff and when and got out other two ice creams.
Poor service and poor food.
Never again.

The first people into the restaurant on bank holiday Monday and immediately greeted
Super friendly and helpful service from Megan who explained everything we needed to know. Pizzas came out quickly and were delicious. Better than I remember from Pizza Hut so was a great surprise!
Would definitely return based on this visit.
