Peacocks have some great prices in the sales so we always pop our nose in when shopping in the area.. they also offer a blue light discount... ?
We had some problems with the tills today trying to use old gift cards but the staff persevered and got it sorted for us quickly..

Very bad experience as staff at till did not know what she was doing , she charged more for the items and when I asked why she did it she said it was not her fault , the till had some problem , other 2 staff working with her also supported her mistake , absolutely annoying experience !

Extremely poor customer experience!! I felt very bad when they clearly showed partiality considering the race. The situation was that, when we bought a hat from the store, and we found the product not so comforting within few minutes and went back for a return. However the staffs at the till clearly showed rudeness to us, and conveyed that the policy says to bring back the item within 28 days in the same condition if the user experience is not fulfilled. They specifically mentioned that the tag was not there now on the product which is why they argue the product is not in same condition. It sounded clearly illogical to us since for any user experience, a customer would use the product by removing the tag. They talked in rude and asked us to leave although we had proper receipt if the item we bought few minutes ago.
I wonder how inefficient for a company like Peacock to hire staffs who are unable to think straight or who doesn?t value the customer.

This is a lovely store with friendly, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the manageress in helping to find what you are looking for. The store is always very clean and tidy. Staff clearly work very hard at keeping displays neat and items displayed in appropriate, ascending size order. This makes is very easy to find what you are looking for. Also, clothing is displayed alongside items that compliment each other making it simple to put an outfit together. Such a pleasure to shop here when other clothing stores can look like jumble sales

This is a good store with women men and children clothes. This is the shop you would buy your holiday clothes from. The price is not to bad so if you have a family to kit out you can get things at not a bad price so won't break the bank.
