Eloise served me late Saturday afternoon she replaced my damaged ring and my friend brought additions for her charm bracelet she is an absolute credit to your company if more people were as friendly as Eloise shopping would always be a lovely happy experience. It was my friends 60th too and we had come from a brunch so she also wished her a happy birthday, thank you Eloise for treating us so well:)

Went to Pandora today to exchange a pair of earrings that I had bought a day ago the reason was because I don?t like the design of them the policy is 6-7 days of return.The English blonde old lady that was a worker there didn?t even wanted to look at my receipt she opened the book and she said there is a hair in the box and she can?t exchange them.I told her that is not a hair because it wasn?t and she was so unbothered in helping me so highly disappointed never go here for returns especially if you are European is racism!Highly disappointed

Debbie at the Solihull touchwood store is an absolute credit to the team and really put a smile on my face. I came in for an exchange, it was a very busy but she went above and beyond to provided me with an exceptional service. She was so lovely, professional and so helpful. I was having a bad day but after being served by Debbie it turned it around. It was one of those experience where you won?t forget for all the right reasons.

Never Had a problem here before, but my recent experiences included rude staff which fixing even acknowledge me being there (when there were no other customers) and were rude and came across as being annoyed that they had to help me. They also got my order wrong, not good at all!

Deb is an absolute gem. Have been served by her twice, once a few years ago and again yesterday. Both times was honest in her opinions and extremely helpful. An asset to the company and some of the best customer service I?ve ever received!

I called in not long ago and spoke to the manager Kim regarding my partners jewellery and coming in to have a look. I explained my partner has social anxiety and that I would have to come in her place, Kim was very understanding and Kind and explained that they are open later on Thursdays where it is more quieter where my girlfriend would be more comfortable coming in. Such great service thank you
