Really lovely food! The prawns were absolutely delicious! Lovely place inside, great atmosphere and lovely low beam ceilings! Definitely recommend!

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. However, we were disappointed with our dining experience. We ordered the mixed meat plate, which was served within 10 minutes?surprisingly quick. Unfortunately, the lamb chops were excessively salty and inedible. We informed the waiter, who kindly replaced the dish, but the new plate was overcooked to the point that it was difficult to cut with a knife. Regrettably, we had to leave without finishing the meal.

We have eaten here several times and previously was good. This time when we phoned up to arrange but later cancel a table the staff member was incredibly rude and just ended the call

We ate here on a Sunday & took advantage of the Sunday Menu Offer - 1 Starter, Main & Rice or Naan for £19.50.
All the food was delicious & very generous portions.
Service was very friendly, but not overly so or pushy at all.
Lovely atmosphere.

Lovely place ? very cosy, old building, beautiful though. We went for a birthday celebration. There was 8 of us.
Food was very nice, staff good, would go again.
I had chicken korma (can't handle spice ??) everyone enjoyed their food.

Panchuli is an attractive restaurant. Service was efficient if not overly friendly. Food was a big disappointment. Chef?s specials Railway Mutton Curry and Goan Chicken Xacuti both seemed to use the same brown sauce. The Xacuti had a little chilli heat but otherwise both dishes were very bland. The Xacuti had only 6 small pieces of chicken. The pilau rice was the worst I?ve ever had - big congealed lumps of flavourless rice and not made with basmati. The naan was good. The restaurant added a 10% service charge to the bill.

The food was decent and a real improvement on the tired trope offered at most Bangladeshi restaurants. The building is nice and traditional too. We'll be back.

The food is excellent, visited a few times and it?s been consistently good! Great mid-week offer and good service. Downstairs seating area looks a little tired but it doesn?t detract from the food! Highly recommended!

A party of 4 on a Sunday night were only customers. Service good - food not memorable but prices were !Dietary restrictions: Refreshingly - not asked about any allergy requirements.

Working down at the NEC for a few days and just booked last minute for 6 . From the minute we arrived everything was perfect? service, food, portions and pleasant helpful staff. Every plate went back empty ?..Would certainly visit again next year when we are back down there!
