Great charity shop not a single item of clothes insight just books and music

Good selection of books and the occasional vinyl find.

Great selection of books, if you?re after something specific. If you looking for fairly common paperbacks then they?re overpriced

Okay, but the selection of books has really dropped. Not what it once was.

This shop can be found inbetween the entrance for John Lewis and Touchwood in Solihull. They are always seeking donations of good quality merchandise that they can sell on. I have closer charity shops that are easier to get to with donations so I try to pop in and get a book or some fair trade coffee from this shop every once in a while. Friendly staff and you can pick up a bargain here

My now adult daughter came home from school one day about 15 years ago and insisted on me buying her Christmas cards to hand out to her friends from Oxfam and told me all about how important it is to buy things from Charity shops as it does help others. I got into the habit from that point of buying my Christmas cards from Oxfam or other charity shops and still do it to this day for friends cards. I also pick up some books for my husband here every time I visit as he loves reading. The volunteer staff here are polite and friendly
