Really wouldn't bother with this store - the staff (At least the 2 ladies I dealt with today) are genuinely rude, have little to no knowledge of handsets or payment plans available (Contradicting even their own website) and just aren't interested in helping with any queries at all which is such a shame.
Seriously, don't waste your time - the staff don't care about your time or money.

Absolutely worse service. They will approve your phone for click and collect. Their representative will tell you on call it's ready to collect. They will even charge for it and in the end they will not. I hope they at least get some shame to serve their customers properly.

I walked in and there are 2 girls on having a chat who couldn?t of cared less I was waited at the desk when asked how they can help I explained the situation I am in (having a broken phone I use for work so I am unable to go without for a week)
There answer was that they can?t help and there are no trade in options due to the issue bare in mind I have extended warranty and it?s O2 s phone that is having these issues ! I felt very disregarded when I left I said thank you bye and got nothing back very unhappy with this service even gives me the right mind to leave o2 for good

We went in because my husband had an issue with his iPhone. Very dismissive. Not really interested in us or any problem we wanted help with. Other O2 customers came into the store and both staff members wanted to help them rather than us!
Told us to go to Apple Store - thankfully they were much more friendly and helpful. Problem sorted and resolved.
We won?t be using the O2 Solihull store again.

I never known such incompetence. After speaking to customer service for 1.5 hours, I secured my upgrade and this was being delivered to this store on the 29th January. I went on the morning of the 30th January and the store said that they did not have the phone. I then phoned customer service again who said this store sent it back, even though their policy is to keep it for 10 days. My order was then cancelled and I was asked to place my order again. I will joining another network as this company is not fit for purpose.

Popped into this shop yesterday to ask for some advice as I find you get better service in shop rather than through 02 customer services which at times can be very misleading depending on who you are talking to. Was met by a young girl I think her name was manaseh. She went above and beyond to help me and was an absolute pleasure to deal . So a big thankyou to manaseh and this 02 store. Anyone with any problems pop in this shop and I'm sure you will always get great advice on whatever you need.

Applied for a job here. It was disgusting how they treated me. They phoned me randomly without scheduling an interview with me and interviewed me on the spot. Then the man didn?t even say bye before hanging up after the interview. He was just rude in general as well.

Visited the shop to get a replacement SIM for a lost phone. There were some issues with the system which meant I had to go back a few times but the staff were very friendly and helpful.
None of the staff tried to sell me a new phone or upgrade my tariff which normally happens when you go into phone shops. Not complaining, but I found it strange considering gone in because I'd lost a phone and would probably have been sold if they'd asked.

We visited the O2 store in Solihull for help in transferring info to a recently purchased new phone. Clearly the task was quite complicated and took over 2 hours to complete. Ashley and his team were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful depsite the fact that we only purchased a new phone cover. We cannot thank therm enough for all their efforts, Well done and thank you.
