When I reached the till I asked the server whether they served fish and chips. Without answering me, she ? pointed? to the poster behind her and looked at me. Clearly, this meant they were ( still and at that moment), still serving fish and chips. She did not smile once and was consistently rude throughout our interaction. Very disappointing.

Lovely coffee and cakes. Great for meeting up with friends. Very tasty lunches at affordable prices. Service is good. Plenty of choice on the menu.

Fantastic breakfast, fabulous service special mention to Jess, Nick,Lorren, Alistair, Karen&Vanessa, who made the baby shower an absolute success. Food & drinks were fabulous, everyone enjoyed it.thank you notcutts restaurant you were amazing today you all went above & beyond

My very elderly mother and I wanted breakfast but we were 4 minutes late . We were served by someone quite unhelpful (very quickly redeemed by Polly the supervisor who is always outstanding) I asked if there was any other food and was told no, I said can you do toast , Polly pointed out the 11.30 menu that was very suitable for a breakfast alternative. The restaurant and the store were exceptionally cold . Staff were wearing coats. My mum could not get warm and couldn?t try clothes on in the changing rooms. Not great .. but Polly was so helpful .

Myself and 3 friends visited your cafe on Monday 27 November at 11.00am. We were all appalled at the length of time we had to wait in the queue for our drinks and cake. A total of 24 minutes. There was only one person operating the drinks area.
Surely at a peak time like this there SHOULD be more staff available.
This is not the first time recently we have had to wait for an unhelpful period of time.
Our custom will be moving to another coffee venue and there are certainly many available in this area.
A response would be appreciated. Thank you.

Went to get some vouchers for Christmas presents very helpful staff and prompt service. We also chatted with a couple of staff members about some issues we are having with house plants. They were very helpful and gave us advice on how to correct the problem. Cafe area was quite busy as it was mid-morning when we went. Plenty of parking and easy access to the store.

This is a great restaurant. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Good food at good prices with great service. BUT does the garden store need to sell brushes made out of Goat hair? Really, when so many substitutes are available? Cruel in the extreme. Please do not buy!

We come for coffee here once or twice a week,after seeing the cooked breakfast we decided to try one.We had to wait for it being freshly cooked but it was worth it,so nice not to see it all cooked and our out to keep warm.Lovely produce,the staff very friendly and the cleanest garden centre cafe we have been in,lovely atmosphere.only thing I don't like is I think they've changed the chocolate in the Mochas,it has an after taste and not very chocolatey but the Cappuccinos are lovely.

Nice walk around, lots on display for Christmas. Some nice gifty things.The cafe was nicely laid out and good to see that they had a small selection of dairy free treats. The chap who served us was lovely and most apologetic that the cafe was closing early. For a dairy free person the menu would have been limited but for others a good basic selection with baked potatoes, soup, sandwiches etc.Parking was easy.

We arrived just after 3pm to order our drinks and a light snack after finishing our tasks for the day. A warm welcome was had from Jess who took our order. Our drinks were made and served promptly by the assistant manager (sorry didn't get his name) and the teacakes were delivered to our table not long after. Lovely atmosphere in the café area , nice and clean, helpful staff and good food and drinks. Will return!!
